Some men with ED & PE may benefit from Kegel exercises, which are also called pelvic floor exercises. However, these exercises may not always "reverse" these conditions. Kegel movements can help the pelvic floor muscles get stronger and the blood flow to that area better. But how well Kegels work for ED depends on what's causing the problem in the first place. If ED is mostly caused by problems like poor blood flow, Kegels may help get the blood moving better. Still, it's important to talk to a doctor to find out what's causing ED and what treatment choices are best. Other people who experience early ejaculation may also benefit from Kegel movements. You can have better control over ejaculation if you strengthen the muscles on the floor of your pelvis. When you do the "start-stop" method, which is often done with Kegels, you tighten the pelvic floor muscles to delay ejaculation. Again, it's important to think about the cause of PE because it could be psychological, have to do with sensitivity or be caused by something else that needs more help.

Even though Kegel movements can be a part of a bigger plan to deal with sexual health issues, it's important to remember that everyone reacts differently. Taking a whole-person approach to these problems might include making changes to the way you live, helping with your mental health, and in some cases, medical solutions. Before you start a new exercise plan, you should always talk to a doctor or nurse, especially if you already have a health problem or are worried about your sexual health. They can give you advice that is tailored to your individual needs.
