Brought to you by Toronto’s Caribbean community, the Toronto Caribana Carnival is the largest cultural gathering in North America. It first started in 1967 during Canada’s Centennial celebrations and has since evolved into a concoction of Caribbean music, food, culture, and traditions.

What started as a three-day celebration has transformed into month-long festivities of street parties, Caribbean food, costumes, and dance.

Millions of tourists flock to the city every year to witness the grandeur of the carnival.

Top Events at the Toronto Caribana Carnival

·        The Grand Parade

A street party of steelpan musicians and masquerade performers from Exhibition Place to Lakeshore Boulevard.

·        King & Queen Showcase

A costume pageantry where the leaders of mass bands compete for the king and queen title of the carnival.

·        J’ouvert

A mini parade consisting of impromptu dancing and improvised steelpan music.

·        Daylit Party

A poolside party at Cabana Pool & Bar with private Cabanas, Caribbean food, and cocktails.

·        Annual Caribana Party

Barcode Saturdays host the most sensational Caribana party during the week hours after the Grand Parade is done.

We’re a celebrity nightclub in the city serving delectable drinks, cocktails, and food inspired by the Caribbean islands. Groove to the beats of top soca and hip-hop artists who drop chart-bursting hits all night long.

Spruce up in colorful costumes and masquerades and head to the hottest party ritual in Toronto. You can reserve a VIP bottle booth and enjoy premium Caribbean offerings with dedicated service, house champagnes, and two stereo sound systems.
