Data and studies on the comparative effectiveness and safety of Buy hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) vs. newer COVID-19 medications:

Effectiveness:

  • Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ): Multiple randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have found that HCQ does not improve clinical outcomes in patients with COVID-19, including hospitalization, death, and symptom duration.
  • Newer COVID-19 medications: Newer COVID-19 medications, such as remdesivir, molnupiravir, and nirmatrelvir/ritonavir, have been shown to be effective in reducing the risk of hospitalization and death in patients with COVID-19, particularly those at high risk.

Safety:

  • HCQ: HCQ can cause a number of side effects, including gastrointestinal upset, headache, and dizziness. In rare cases, it can also cause serious side effects such as heart rhythm problems and liver damage.
  • Newer COVID-19 medications: Newer COVID-19 medications are generally well-tolerated, with relatively few side effects. However, some people may experience mild side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
